An Integrational and Educational Trip to Poland

International Department of FRI members took an integrational and educational trip to Poland, discovered new opportunities and sights, and met new people.

Working on the international level is possible not only online. You can also personally come for a visit to a foreign country and meet members of organizations based there. The International department of FRI decided to do exactly this — expand the horizons of our work, vision, and opportunities!

On April 3-6, 2019 the department members participated in an integrational-educational trip to Krakow.

The trip combined pleasant activities with useful ones and included:

  • strategic planning of the department’s further development;
  • meeting and discussing our future cooperation with U-work;
  • meeting with Ukrainian activists in Krakow;
  • teambuilding activities for the department members;
  • a city tour;
  • a trip to Morskie Oko.

The team had a great opportunity to analyze the work of Fundacja Współpracy Polsko Ukraińskiej “U-Work” and to exchange our experience with its members.

“It is the first time that our team took such a trip abroad to participate in an integrational project organized by the International Department members. We opened a new page of our team culture, and we are going to continue moving in that direction. During this four-day trip, we enhanced our teamwork skills, exchanged our ideas and returned home inspired for new projects”.
